The best thing about this property is you can kayak or canoe to downtown Victoria. You can even watch seals chasing herring and salmon at certain times of year. The yard is full of apple trees and a huge plum tree. Fully furnished waterfront 2 bed, bath main floor of a house. This was previously rented as an Airbnb but I have decided to rent furnished instead. I would however consider unfurnished depending on the situation and length of stay. Everything is included (hydro, Wi-Fi, cable TV, natural gas, parking, laundry machines, water…). This factors into the rent as it saves tenants hundreds per month. I understand that tenants may not need everything but there is absolutely everything you would need to move in (dishes, towels, cutlery, hair dryers, small appliances…). Massage chair, gas fireplace with remote control, brand new smart TV, bbq, kayaks, canoe and more. Pets will be considered.
